Maddison Wyatt

Maddison has worked exclusively in the area of family and de facto relationship law since 2001. He is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and became a partner of Anto-Richmond Partners LLP in 2014. Maddison is highly experienced and well regarded. He is valued in his role on the panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers. He has a special interest in advocating for the best interests of children in parenting disputes. He has extensive experience in advocacy, court procedure and in a broad range of complex financial, child support and parenting matters.

Maddison believes it is imperative that lawyers are sensitive to family dynamics and that children are protected and their interests are properly represented. He aims to handle his clients’ matters in a cost-effective and timely manner whilst ensuring their goals and objectives are met.

Maddison was recognised as a Recommended Parenting and Children's Matters Lawyer in the Doyles Guide for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and Leading Lawyer in this category for 2024.
